As the world’s trusted cloud talent creation and enablement partner, we’re committed to solving the cloud skills gap while helping tech professionals (or ‘Revols’) from all walks of life launch incredible careers in the cloud.
This year has seen us create hundreds of net-new specialists across the cloud’s leading ecosystems, share our best practices at key industry events, and give back through an array of fantastic charity projects.
As 2022 draws to a close, we’re excited to share and celebrate our highlights with you.

Read some amazing stories with our Revols
From swimming the English Channel to officiating the Women’s FA Cup Final, our Revols have done some pretty amazing things this year—all while cross-training in a completely new cloud technology. Their stories have greatly inspired us and shown us just how much you can achieve if you really set your mind to it. As we enter the new year, we hope they serve as an inspiration for you, too.

Industry awards
We’re thrilled to have received three industry awards this year. These business awards serve as an important reminder that we’re on the right track, being recognized for our commitment to diversity and that what we do matters.
- EMEA enterprise winner of the Gavriella Schuster IAMCP D&I Partner of the Year Award
- Diversity Employer of the Year award at the Women in Tech Excellence Awards for the third year in a row
- JobCrowd’s Best Places to Work For, three years running
- Shortlisted for 2023 WM People’s Top Employer Awards in the category Best for Career Progression for Women
In addition to this, we’ve been so delighted to be named as the top 6th highest-rated UK company for diversity and inclusion in 2022 by Glassdoor.
Sponsor of the Digital Revolution Awards (DRA)
We’re also keen to celebrate the fantastic efforts of others who are making tech more accessible and diverse. So, for the third year running, we’re a proud sponsor of the Digital Revolution Awards Diversity & Inclusion Employer of the Year category. This award celebrates those working with cloud technologies that are making proactive efforts to promote inclusivity, foster diversity, and champion equality within their organization and beyond.
The Indigenous Tech Academy
This year, we’ve teamed up with Salesforce and PwC’s Indigenous Consulting (PIC) to launch the first cohort of the Indigenous Technology Academy (ITA), designed exclusively to help young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders launch amazing careers in Salesforce.
The results have been outstanding so far—not only is the ITA opening new doors to people from underrepresented backgrounds, but it is also encouraging more women to launch careers in Salesforce, with 75% of ITA’s first cohort’s Salesforce consultants identifying as women. We asked one of the ITA consultants to share what this experience has meant for her, and what her hopes and aspirations are for the tech industry at large.
We can’t wait to see what the next year has in store! If you’d like to learn more about the ITA and hear success stories from the first cohort, watch our recent webinar.
Giving back
Giving back is incredibly important to us—it’s a part of who we are and what we stand for as a business. Here are some stories from the past year that have especially lifted our spirits. We’d like to thank all our Revols, partners, and employees who have helped us make such a positive impact together.
Thames Bridges 25km Charity Trek
In October, we teamed up with Salesforce to organize a 25km Thames charity walk, raising a whopping £45,000 for three charities—Pancreatic Cancer UK, Mind, and St. Martin’s School. We’d like to thank the 280 walkers who took part and helped us achieve this astounding result.
Creating delivery-ready talent for non-profit organizations
We know that finding experienced cloud talent is a major challenge for many organizations, charities, and non-profit organizations. Often without a dedicated HR function and unsustainable recruitment costs, charities face even greater challenges, as they navigate the hiring market to find the talent they need to achieve their objectives.
TRG Cares
This year, we launched a new volunteering initiative for our internal teams: TRG Cares. So far, we’ve accrued over 1,000 hours of volunteering together, and we’d like to thank all our employees who took part and did their bit to support such a great number of worthwhile causes. We look forward to doing more in 2023!
Strengthened relationships in the cloud ecosystem
This year has seen us grow and develop partnerships with all leading cloud vendors. We have:
- Become a Global Microsoft Learning Partner
- And official AWS Training Partner
- Partnered with the global cloud banking leader, nCino
- Been selected to be a part of Microsoft’s new employability program called Microsoft Learn Career Connected
We've grown with our customers
This year has seen us grow our customer base as well. Here are some of the many fantastic testimonials from our clients, that showcase how we’ve helped them build diverse and cost-effective cloud talent pipelines:
We've held amazing industry events
We’ve loved every minute of speaking and networking at key cloud industry conferences, including being part of the Salesforce World Tour, Dreamforce, MuleSoft Women in Tech, AWS re:Invent, and Microsoft Ignite.
Our personal highlights include:
- Presenting at Salesforce’s EMEA Partner Kickoff FY23 with our President, Nabila Salem being invited to give a talk at the Salesforce World Tour London
- Securing a whopping eight speaking sessions at Dreamforce 2022 and a great turnout at the exclusive getaway we organized at the House of Shields
We also enjoyed running meet-and-greet events in NY and London with our Revols. Hosted in collaboration with Microsoft, our Revols had a chance to network with Microsoft representatives, partners, and end-users while letting their hair down and having some fun with retro games and bowling.
Adapting to market needs
To respond to the changing market needs and help our clients source the business-ready talent they need, we have developed two additional offerings: a more robust and extensive consultancy and soft skills training module for our Revols, as well as ReSkill, a program designed to equip our clients and partners with the advanced cloud skills they require without losing productivity within their teams.
Consultancy skills training
To make sure our Revols are business-ready and billable from day one of their deployment, we’ve strengthened our offering by adding an extensive consultancy skills training program to their training journey. This enhanced offering allows our Revols to spend most of their time in training on practical application, working on a range of real-life projects while honing critical soft skills—project management, stakeholder management, consultancy skills, and more—alongside their cloud certifications and hard tech skills. This has led to us attaining an industry-leading first-time certification pass rate and fantastic feedback from our clients.

The ReSkill program
We know how hard it is to find mid-tier talent in high-demand technologies like AWS, Microsoft Cloud, and Salesforce, and the competition is only increasing. In contrast, the utilization of current employees within many organizations has become less efficient due to a mismatch between current skills and future business demand. Our brand new ReSkill program helps organizations build the talent they need, in-house.
Our specialized talent development programs will transform your employees into business-ready, certified cloud professionals with the technical, commercial, and consultancy skills they need to make an impact from day one. What’s more, our training programs can be tailored around your existing projects and business needs, minimizing the impact on your organization while ensuring your teams have the skills needed to drive business growth.
ReSkill
your consultants from non-Salesforce technologies into Salesforce specialists
UpSkill
your existing Salesforce consultants with more advanced certifications
It’s been a busy but incredibly rewarding year. And we’re so excited for what the future holds as we continue to support our clients and fuel the cloud ecosystems with diverse, net-new talent in 2023.
Looking to build sustainable, cost-effective, and diverse cloud talent pipelines in the new year? We can help!
